ETH juniors conducted a Proof of Value to automate unit test generation using Large Language Models. This included research on SOTA code-based LLMs and building a retrieval-augmented system for prompt generation.

ETH juniors enabled Uster Technologies to gain greater transparency in customer satisfaction by defining measurable KPIs. In a second sprint, the data was visualized using a PowerBI dashboard, providing Uster Technologies with an automated tool for tracking customer experience.

To enhance efficiency and automation, ETH juniors leveraged their engineering expertise and year longstanding relationship with AMZ and developed a new pitstop rig for Alfa Romeo. This two-year prototyping project included multiple feedback loops and resulted in a revolutionary training system and optimized pit stop performance.

ETH juniors developed a nationwide franchise concept for Vinarte, a subgroup of MIGROS. By focusing on financial decisions, logistics, and standardizing procedures, they drafted a comprehensive franchise agreement. Furthermore, a new CEO was recruited through ETH juniors’ employee leasing service.
Due to our strong relationship to ETH Zurich, we are at the source of new concepts and innovation. This allows us to conduct innovation workshops based on the design thinking approach with student experts in their respective fields. Whether it is an idea generation for future growth pillars or for methods for particle binding, whether it is a conceptualisation of new business models or a brainstorming for the smart cable of the future – by means of experienced moderation and our student experts, we can support you in a wide variety of innovation topics in all phases of idea generation and bring in new perspectives.

To tackle the challenge of strategically selecting business partners and collaborators, ETH juniors organized a design-thinking innovation workshop together with 13 students. This resulted in four ML-driven “early signal detection” concepts, helping Novartis to stay at the forefront of medical innovation.
